Agreed! You need to build it all to build bigger and better arms.. But I'm pretty sure heavier weight and fewer reps is better for size. Lighter weight and more reps would be more for a cut or ripped look. Don't get me wrong both will do the trick. But lift heavy (but safe, not over you head, don't hurt yourself) to pack on size!
