Also six days a week is a bit much for adding mass. You're gonna need some good rest in between to re-build. I've been at it for a several years and 5 days a week keeps me pretty tore down man. Find a good beginning work out that is laid out for you! Heck try a few and find one you like! After you stick to one for a bit you'll figure out what you do and don't like, then you can adapt it to suit you!
