Help Me out
I am trying to figure out a good workout proram for myself. I only have a barbell and alot of weights obviously... but- currently my work out routine consists of,
Chest- Bench 5x5/Close Grip Bench 5x5/Shoulder press 3x8
Back- Deadlift 5x5/B O Rows 5x5/ Pulls Ups 5x5/ Upright Rows 3x10/ Curls
But then I have difficulty figuring the rest
- Legs consists of-
Legs- Squats 5x5/Overhead Squats 5x5 (Seems like I should have alot more excercises)?
- and also shoulders?-
Shoulders- Shrugs 5x5/ Farmer Walks(I feel like I should also have alot more excercises on Shoulder day also??)
