Well went to the gym late for me, about 9:30 am. It's good shows me why I don't go at that time. Now maybe I'm out of the loop here and it's the latest But can't figure what the heck its good for. He comes some guy trying to run...but his personal trainer has a rubberband wrapped around him and was holding him back as much as he could. looked like that surgical band was gonna bust any second and he was going to go flying through the window
