wow, i haven't updated for almost 2 weeks, just to tired after work and lifting to bother. ive been lifting with the same routine ive been using. heres what i did today
1 mile jog
close grip bench: 1x6 at 175 2x6 at 180 1x6 at 185
incline bench: 4x6 at 155
2 minutes of jumprope
tricep extentions: 4x6 at 120 (machine)

deadlift 1RM: N/A
hang clean 1RM: N/A
i wish i could live on crack and protien shakes...
