On the weekend I use our cheap Weber grill and just load up the marinated chicken breasts and whatever I get from the meat market. I wish I still had my BBQ smoker but some asshole borrowed it and has yet to return it

My new favorite thing is using a crock pot... I just empty a huge bag of frozen chicken breasts and some cans of diced tomatoes and I have chicken for a couple days without any fuss.
