crock pots are great, I used to throw all the ingredients in for a stew or chilli or whatever (always with extra meat) and set it on low. by the time i would get home after work, the entire place would smell delicious.

I dont mind baking my chicken breasts, i dont have a grill anymore, so throwing a pan of marinated chicken in the oven, isnt the bad either.
