Well the past couple days I have cheated too much. I have been so busy with finals and getting back with my girl. I have only had 4-6 meals a day. Also been getting no sleep.

Tomorrow I am getting back on track though. I am working out at 8am before work in order to workout, since I have work till 2pm then taking 2 tests back to back at 6:30pm. bla my life sucks right now with all these finals..

Anyways, ill be back on track full scale by tuesday. I am buying all new sets of food/whey/ect to have at my girls place so i can eat all my 8 meals no matter where i am.

My confidence is through the roof right now. I can finally notice some decent results. I am up 18lbs, (maybe lost 1-2 this weekend)?? i hope not. Still no fat on me that i can finally feel, but not see my abs. They seems to be developing fairly quickly.

no more damn cheats for me. not gonna put myself in those situations anymore. they eat pizza, ill eat chicken.
