I'm slightly confused here...

You're making an attempt to drink a gallon of milk a day. Yet you worry about the caloric content of it.

What's your basis for drinking the gallon a day? Are you using it primarily for the protein content? And if that's the case, why not sub out some meats or PP for some of those grams?

If you're worried about the fat content, why not switch from 2% to skim? (also, milk fats are fine. You need fats in your diet anyway. Just don't go completely overboard with them. I like to stick with 0.5g/lb bw)
