Have you ever seen the videos about "Body for Life". If you are looking for some motivation I would check those out. The guy who started it is named Bill Philips and he has a book and you can find lots of stuff on youtube for Body for Life. I have watched many videos about his contests that he does and it really motivated me to make changes. It follows people who are at their lowest and enter in a 12 month contest to improve their physique. Check it out!
