Palm hurts alot while working out...
My problem is the area below my thumb ( the area right before the start of your thumb )
It just keeps getting worse as I workout more.
When I do workouts that put weight on that area, it hurts so much I just gotta drop the weights.
It mainly hurts when I do curls and bench... has anyone ever had an injury in that area?
What is that area called?
Should I go to the doctors for this?
