Please read the stickies at the top of the training and nutrition forums.
Read everything you can. If you don't do any Lifting with your legs you will not only look weird but you will never be as big as you can be, and by lifting I mean SQUATS.
PS. if you have to ask why squats are so important, that means you didn't read the stickies and/or articles.
