Come to think of it, SF would most definately be better for you Kane. Especially coming back with subpar strength compared to where you were at before.
Shit, doesn't have to be anything with an exact programming IMHO. Check out the undulating example of full body workouts I posted in the training forum. Or you could do some low volume upper lower strength based training.
