I dislike the idea simply because of the kind of "caste" system it embodies. The idea that a "new" is not allowed to ask his worthless little question in the regular forums and has to go sit at the "kiddie" table....is that what we are all about. All's anyone has to do is take a little time to provide SOMETHING, just like you guys are saying before sending someone off to read things. And sometimes, it would be nice if we took the effort to give them reading examples that actually fit in with what they want to accomplish. That does NOT happen all of the time.

To me, it's a very simple thing, to those that have been a part of the problem, as I have surely at times, just admit it, move on and make the effort to do these things that have just been discussed.

You know there were many times in the past when I was new that I tried to give a detailed answer to a beginner question and someone else would come on and give a sort of arrogant sounding one liner like 'use the search' or just 'eat and lift weights...not only is that a worthless asnwer to an actual question it actually devalues the effort made by the other members. If someone is being diesrespectful and unappreciative of out time...they need to be called on it. But otherwise, if you don't wan't to take any time at all just move on.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
