Dude why should we need a flame free section? That was the point of the whole thread.

Look, I understand the point of it. But you can SAY all you want it's not a this or that. But words are cheap. Newbies should not feel like they have to post in a certain place to avoid getting flamed. We are supposed to be a community here. And is it really about them feeling more comfortable? Or about the more experienced not being bothered? Think about it, though, giving someone an option like that, and then saying, well, you don't have to post there unless you feel you need to, but, if you ask a "newbie" question elsewhere, you going to get jumped on....how's that for a welcome wagon. It's like segregation that's not "really" segregation becuse we "say" it's not.

And face it, most question are more or less beginning questions. The more experienced you get the less questions you have once you learn what works for you and what doesn't. LOL, I think only about 10% of the forum is highly indepth advanced discussion.
P.S. I'm just discussing. I care about the forum and what happens to it. It's not my own personal agenda or anything.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
