Yeah. My suggestion is to ignore the instructions and skip the loading phase. I know know how much exactly you are talking about but since you said 2 servings I'm assuming it's somewhere around 10 to 20 grams at once.

All you really need is 3 to 5 grams pre and post. People take varying amounts but bascially cut down the dose to a at least 5 grams at a time and see how you do with that. It will undoubtedly be better. If you are already taking around that amount and you have problems then you could certainly be intolerant of it. If you are taking much more and the problems get better with the smaller amounts keep in mind that there is a period of adjustment involved with things like this. Your body may get used to it. I'm only saying if the discomfort is minor. Having diarrhea is of course not something you should continue with.

Bascally you do NOT need to load it. The only difference is that is will take a little bit longer to reach full saturation in the muscles. But that's much better than getting sick off it. Ass I've found time and time again, most people's bad opinion of CM comes from the "loading" crapola.
