I would buy the small bottle of mono because it would kill me to have to buy those pills. They're just not cost effective at all.

In any event, the pills and the powder are comparable in my experience, powder wins over pills though. I would rather go with a capsule than a tablet. Or chew the tablet so that it digests like a powder (unless its some kind of slow release design, then dont chew lol)
