Boring day in the gym.. 45 minutes SS. At least I got to watch tv while I did it.
PSMF is.. getting stupid
First half of the day I felt a little out of it. A little shaky again. But I also think I drank too much coffee this morning. Later in the day, not so bad. Shakiness went away, just worn out. I'm hungry (duh). But I'm almost done with it. I want some oats damnit.
I think I'll wait another week or so before I start doing some short refeeds.
One good thing about this no direct carb crap is I'm exhausted so I get to bed earlier
