didn't do much today... hoping to go big on wednesday since i got a half day from school. i did some reps of benching, even though i did 4 sets of 20 lbs. with 110 yesterday on the bench... then 2 sets of 20 declines with the same weight. got a heavy bag today... getting gloves soon and then hanging the bag from the ceiling... that'll be my cardio i guess.
