Ok so I've been too lazy to upload some pics from my last show into my photobucket. I'll try and get to that this evening while my chicken's on the grill.

Ler's see.. updates:

The 7th I quit psmf'ing it. My morning weight put me down 3.5 pounds since I'd started it just under a week before. That was enough for my tastes. Also, knowing that my girly cycle was right around the corner and that I was holding water weight too, the weight was dropping too quick. So thankfully I got to have some oats for breakfast

It was supposed to be leg day. I had a raging headache all day and felt like crap. So that day ended up being an off day.

Yesterday I had planned on making up the leg day I missed as well as getting in some HIIT. But thanks to some problems on the farm here (a combine went up in flames) I couldn't get to the gym until late and I opted for the HIIT session.

It basically ended up being a trial run on the SFP. I hadn't eaten for 2 hours by the time I got to the gym, had two cups of coffee right before leaving the house.

5 minute warmup, 12 minutes of 60/60, five minute break to refilll my water bottle, then 30 minutes SS, HR 140-145.

I'm thinking now that being on more of a fast when doing that crap is going to be much better. At least a 3 hours gap after eating. 2 was too close. It took probably 20 minutes after I was done to not feel nauseous.

But I did feel the 'tingle' in my trouble spots like some say they feel during the SS portion.

I think this SFP is gonna be a serious love/hate thing. It sucks, but at the same time I like it.

Today, so far I went for a brisk walk/jog around the farm. Roughly 4 miles. I'll be heading into the gym for upper body lifting later on. I'm just gonna scratch that one leg workout for now. Leg training the day after a hard HIIT session is something I try to avoid. If I can squeeze it in this weekend, great. If not, oh well.
