yup i agree. everyone here knows about my shoulder injuries. i have visited my physiotherapist some 2-3 times in the last 7 months and i dont think my shoulders are superior to any average person. infact, under the circumstances my shoulders are worse off than most people. if i dont handle myself correctly i could end up with shoulder arthritis. is that normal for any 19 year old? shit no. i am sub par lol...

I don't want to see anybody end up with a body as screwed up as mine where everytime you hit the gym you spend as much time trying to keep the joints from going south as you do working out.
yes ur right about this. most of these injuries do haunt u in the end. my physiotherapist said the same thing (apart from u) and so did a few other specialization doctors i met in america. all these injuries come back at u in ways u wont even realize. for example, lets say i didnt treat my shoulder injury. it would "go away" for 10 years. but then wham...id have shoulder arthritis. how badly would that fuck up my carreer? hell, i made a whole thread explaining this.. not just my shoudlers but in this sport people get injured and each of these injuries must be taken seriously. it isnt about being a macho man because choosing that road is only gonna make u wuss when u become a dad at the age of 45 when u cant even curl 10 lbs.
