would it be ok on my off days....to do wrist curls...neck flexes and maybe some shrugs?
friday i started on this...did the squats/bench/row....then did close hand pushups for the tri's and weighted situps...
then yesterday i did the wrist curls/neck and shrugs...
then today...squats/press/deads/pullups and then did barbell curls and side bends.
tomorrow i will probably take the whole day off...and then tuesday i'll do the squats/bench/rows again...with probably tricep extensions and more weighted situps...
look okay?
today's just killed me....felt good.
