ZMA is not necessarily all the same. The Fitness Labs shoud be fine. ZMA is Zinc monomethionine aspartate and Magnesium Aspartate plus vitamin B6. The ZMA name is licensed for use with that formula. There are many companies who sale a zinc-magnesium combo with other compounds and will call it a zma supplement somewhere on the label but if it doesn't have "ZMA" as it's name and does not contain those ingredients (around 20-30 mg Zinc, 400-500 mg Magnesium, and 10mg B6) it is not ZMA. That is not to say that just getting the extra zinc and magnesium, espcially magnesium, isn't a good thing, just that it's not really ZMA. But as I said, Fitness Labs is a ZMA product. It should be taken before bed.
