if it takes away from the enamel I wouldn't brush your teeth right away. You could be brushing your teeth away because of the lack of enamel that is usually there to protect your teeth. I've heard the same thing about coffee. I would instead get a mouth wash that has an enamel "builder" and use that after drinking the Apple cider vinegar. Then go about your regular dental routine.
