you know the saying roof a football. you throw the football to hard by mistake and it gets caught on someones roof.................... im talking about taking a feather and throwing it on top of a roof. that would be PHENOMENAL strength. i know that wont be able to happen but hey its nice dreaming . so instead ill just take a 25 to 30 pound weight lose and being able to bench 315 at least 25 to 30 times and ill be ok
