Well you should be able to get a spotter rack with a dip and pullup station option. Then a good adjustable bench to slide in the spotter rack and your set. My advice would be to spend any extra money to get what you need now rather than cutting corners and being stuck with second best down the road. Check the specs for weight capacity and all that.

If you can find and afford a spotter rack with an adjustable sliding sleeve system for the spotters (safety cathches) rather than holes I think that will give you more fine adjustment capability. Make sure the bench has as much adjustment as possible also. I.E. not just a cheapy with decline, 45 degrees, and upright.

I kinda like this setup:

It comes with chinup attachment. The bench having a set point on which to attach it and easily remove it is actually pretty nice since the bench will always be centered in the rack. The problem is that it doesn't seem to have a dip option....

Anyway this is the kind of thing I'm talking about. Keep in mind that you don't need "commercial quality" in your home. While you don't want cheap shit it also will not pay you to spend a thousand dollars on something when half the price will do. There is a HUGE difference between one guy using a piece of equipment (and taking care of it) and hundreds of bozo's abusing it on a daily basis.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
