Update

Weight myself this morning 238lbs

Waist is getting smaller so I'm glad my weight is up. Hell I would have been happy to lose a few or stay the same. Abs are getting better, middle line is slowly starting to come in.

I'm taking 4 pills a day, and eating mainly protein aprox 8-10 chicken breasts for the day and sometimes a protein shake before bed, I will add in a steak or some XL hamburger/buffalo once I get tired of just chicken and to get some extra calories in. My down fall right now is no vegs . Shreaded wheat or oatmeal with splenda in the morning.

And for pre/post I'm sticking with maltodextrin (50g both), whey and CEE 3g and glutamine 2g

Yesturday I had a nice quick workout. Tired the HIT for the second time this week and did

Leg press 270x20 (still nursing my knee, but getting stronger)
Pullovers 95x12
Standing Press 175x8
Row 115x12
Bench 265x10
Tri pushdown 165x15
Curls 40x13
chins 10xbody
Donkey Raises 245x15
Crunches 40

Workout only took 20mins , so I took my post shake and did 15mins cardio.

*My wife made some oatmeal cookies with Splenda last night, so I had to try some...mmm!!!
