well......im not sure if it was a good day or what but i was shooting for 405 for a set of 2 on deadlift and ended up getting it for a set of 4; so i bumped it up to 425 for a set of 2 and nailed it. So as of right now anabolic switch is getting 1 thumb up from me. I have not really put on any size, so im not completely sold on the stuff. When i finish off my month supply i am going to try Size On for about 5 weeks and see how that works for me.
