I agree with Triggey and IronKitten. I have wasted a lot of money and time searching for supplementation and have found that all you really need is good protein and multivitamins. Getting an energy boost prior to a workout can be helpful but is not required. On a side note....I miss my newbie gains
now I have to work my ass off (not that I mind) for small gains. Enjoy them while you can. Good luck.
