Truemass is a good product, but like others are saying, gainers are pricy and most containers last a week. Truemass is about 50bucks a container and lasts for I think about 9 days. Look at the stats of it though: 16g fat, 76g carbs, 46g protein. Sounds like you can get that easily from healthy foods without killing your blender. Do the math: that stuff will run you about 200 bucks a month, when you can get the nutrients from real food at a fraction of the price. Check out Costco and buy bulk.
