i dont know what is causing this ,but like two months ago i hurt my left hip ,and left lower back ,and it finally got better ,and i started lifting at school ,and now i have the same problem on my right side.it hurts when i run ,and it slows my running down alot,because today the coach told me i wasnt running fast enough ,but it was ,because of this stupid injury i keep getting. what is causing this??
