Sometimes if injuries apparently switch side is caused by the initial injury. The muslces in the injured side can become inhibited and weak thus putting more work on the non-injured side resulting in a strain there. Don't really no of course and I have no way of knowing what you did in the gym. You have reported numerous injuries and certainly more than should be expected this early in a lifting career. So it really sound's like you may need to lighten weights across the board and perfect technique.
That being said a doctor is advised.
