I downloaded the routine from his website, it cost me $40. Maybe stupid on my part. But the weight lifting and cardio routines are real similar to other big name builders like Christopher Mohr and Lee Haney. The part that confuses me is the meal plan I should take.
Like I said I want to get up to around 180 and then go from there, but I want to pack on muscle, not be a fat slob. Help me with my meal plans and how many calories per day and how many from each macronutrient. Thanks
