First.. let me explain a bit more the program
When I say 4 sets (2 different exercises) it means that its 4 sets total for that body part per training day (2 sets per exercise) so for a total of 12 sets per week for major body parts and 6 sets per week for smaller body parts.
As for lifting experience, for about 12 years, but the last 6 years I train smarter.
Present weight 173 pnds , +/- 12%fat, would like to get to 185, 8%fat
