(I trained today, because the next 3 days my gym is closed due to some holydays here, so this week I was training on sunday, tuesday, wednesday).

pull ups:
10,8,7 --> TL: 25 PR, last time 24

Notes: good workout, nice PR's. I have straight 3 days to eat and sleep without training whatsoever we're celebrating a new year here, so I officially wish you a good year as well - lots of fun and PR's
