Yeah, I'm not saying right now. But don't ignore it if your back gets more rather than less sore, you know? Don't keep going just because you can if you find that you are getting a constant tightness in the lower back or an ache that doesn't go away. The paraspinal muslces will start going hypertonic and then the entire lower back will follow and if you go too long you could just be setting yourself up for an injury when you switch and certainly if you don't. Also, stretch the lower back.
