You'll probably get a pretty fast rebound and gain that weight back pdq. A good bit of the weight was probably "stuff" in the muscle rather than muscle itself although you may have dropped some of that too.
I was just out for two weeks (still a little sick, dammit) and I dropped about 3 pounds but I expect that will be back in no time and I'll probably end up putting on an extra pound or two on top of it.
