Monday's workout was good...but it was kind of all the weight I could push in most of the lifts. I bumped shrugs and leg press up today. We will see Friday if I was unrealistic with my goal setting. I am going to try to move up 5lbs or more in everything. If I don't post Friday, it means I probably died in the gym..and it's been nice knowing you guys.
I've put on 10 lbs in less than a month now. I didn't know that was possible...so I'm going to do one of the 5X5 workouts after I finish the HST and cut. I'm very happy with the results thus far. From looking at my journal, does anyone have any advice as to which 5X5 might be best for me?
