I was just out for two weeks (still a little sick, dammit) and I dropped about 3 pounds but I expect that will be back in no time and I'll probably end up putting on an extra pound or two on top of it.

Yeah I'm pretty sore right now, I just have to give it a week or two and lift light till my body gets use to it again. So would that mean I'll be getting NEWBIE gains again? meaning fast gains with in a month or two? I'm probley just paranoid or self concious about myself I don't know maybe even addicted that I don't think I'm even big? Well thanks anyways I'll let you guys know when I get that weight back.
