right now I'm around 20g. This is what I do
Right upon waking
10g bcaa
2g citruline malate
1.6g beta alanine
1g piracetam
usually in some crystal light, I take the same thing around an hour before my workout also. And if I start to get hunger pangs before bed i'll throw another one back, but that doesnt happen often.
