note taken, sir!

I decided to move 1 kg at a time in my bench, my press, and my supported rows, and 2 kg in my squat. in my pull ups I'm gonna add 1 rep each time, to the worst set (=the one with the least reps). 2 months from now this means 8 kg's on my bench, and 3 months = 12 kg. i think it's a lot.

I've read rippetoe saying: "...the vast majority of the world’s population is composed of impatient assholes who get easily frustrated with having to obey the laws of physics and physiology. For people such as this, 5x5 will not work, since they will insist on trying to go up, for example, five pounds on the bench every workout. Since 5x5 is done once per week, they try to go up five pounds a week. Well, the bench won’t get strong that fast...

...Patience is the key to 5x5. Many guys have gained many pounds of muscle using 5x5 correctly and patiently. But if greed sets in, progress stops because you’ll miss reps in the later sets..."

I'll stay conservative.
