28/9/07 - intensity

75.5x4x1 <- tried 5 but couldn't, so the spotter helped me lifting the 5'th. after the set I understood I used a bar which weights the same like the one I usually use, but with a little bigger diamater. I'm sure it didn't help me... I was a bit frustrated, but I guess it just means that I'm still not working hard enough on sunday's (volume day). it doesn't mean I'm going to up my volume days in 5 kg though, I'm just putting 1 kg each time on sunday's, and if there's an improvement in thursday - good. if not - I'll just wait another week. if sunday's workout goes up steadily, there's no way thursday won't go up as well (at least this is how I understand Eric's interpertations of the program, correct me if I'm wrong) plus the diamater didn't help... so I'm cool with it.
