Performance day
Another good workout, Squats were pretty tidy, I added a backoff set to gauge my form against my heavy set, not bad! Bench was heavy as all shit! I matched my old PR today and still made all 3 reps, I guess we will see what the next few weeks hold there I got a feeling it will be the 1st lift that needs some attention.Chins were tough too I only added a pound this week, got my reps though.I will probably stay with very small increases on these from now on.

Squat 1x3 98.5kg Back Off 60kg 1x8
Bench 1x3 80kg
Chin 1x5 BW+15.5kg (PR)
Overall a good workout.
