Good workout, squats were good, form solid (I think!!!) and bench was tidy too,Chins were hard, I had to work overtime today and hadnt eaten for 5 hrs before workout. I rushed thru chins a bit and dropped a rep, oh well Ill get it next time.
Stress Day 8/10/07
Squat 5x3 95kg
Bench 5x3 76kg
Chin 5x5 BW+ 8.75kg missed 1 rep but did a single after 1 mins rest to get all 25 reps
