i assume he means 20-30mg/day of Dbol... and when is 500mg/wk of test too low? if you can't grow on that you are either 1) way past your genetic potential or 2) sorely lacking in other aspects of your training/nutrition
for the deca though, 50mg/wk is way low. if this is your first cycle 500mg/wk of test is plenty. you'll make great gains without spending a fortune and you can always save the other gear for a future cycle.
