The only bad thing that will happen is that the creatine will fall out of solution and end up at the bottom. Don't mix it in. Spoon it into your mouth and down it with a big gulp of shake (swish it around first). Then if you want you can down half the shake and just sip on the rest during the workout just like you do water. If you do want to mix in the creatine you'll have to keep re-mixing if you don't drink it all slowly. Some people will tell you that you'll lose some creatine (turns to creatinine or something) but I doubt it will happen that quickly as it's not THAT unstable.
