It really doesn't matter. I take mine before. Lots of people take theirs after. Some people take it before and after. If you want someone to tell you when to take it, then I will. Take 2 before and 3 after. There is no right answer. You can argue all day long which is best...different times have different advantages..or logic. If you take it before and after, then you're going to be safe and it will nullify any argument. I doubt you will see a difference between splitting them up before and after or taking them only before or only after.
