And look at the "Going the Extra Mile..." entry you will see a very good example of someone analyzing the pros and cons of a study on fitness (here it is static stretching). This is the kind of thing that can benefit everyone. Even if you don't read studies like us nerds you do need the ability to question the validity or lack thereof of the studies fitness writers use to back up their assertions. Chung makes some very good points about how the study he is looking at applies or doesn't apply.
I think I might post other examples of this kind of thing if I can them.
