Agreed. I read an article in Flex about soy protein and decreasing test levels. The people conducting the study included someone that was probably coming off of a cycle of steroids judging by his test levels at the beginning of the study...there were only 13 subjects, I believe. The results were obviously skewed. If you took that one subject out of the study, then testosterone levels increased slightly. The media supposedly went wild and soy got a bad rap. Post that article if you can find it... I just looked (not very hard) and I couldn't find it.

Props to Flex for pointing that study out. They cleaned the study up and presented the facts.
