Good stuff.

Let me add to number three though.

3. The thing I said about media interpretation goes into this. I see a lot of people downing scientists and all that and it is not always fair. When they take compound x and give super unrealistic doses of it to a certain strain of cancer prone rats they are not necessarily trying to prove that it gives cancer to humans or does this or that. They are looking for potentials and whether or not further research is justified. Obviously they can't use humans for the same purpose. I have my opinions on animal testing but that is not my purpose here. I think it is important to realize that 90% of us are hearing and going by the fucked up interpretation of the media and not the scientific community itself.

4. A certain brand of hydrolized whey comes to mind. Again though, it ain't easy to get funding and not all research is biased based on funding. Is it something to look for, hell yes! I've never seen one study funded by the dairy council that didn't have milk being the ilixir of life.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
